I've spent the past seven years as Assistant Director of the Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning, and I have had the opportunity to focus on supporting graduate students in their desires to be more effective teaching assistants and eventually highly effective teaching faculty.  On a side note, this is my first week in a new role on my campus as Director of Multicultural Affairs. I've invested and loved the POD community, and I hope to continue my relationship with POD as my focus shifts directly to inclusion, equity, and access . I know the POD community continue to be an awesome resource and support.
