Patricia Guillen is Director of Instructional Services at the Maricopa Center for Learning and Innovation at Maricopa Community Colleges and an Adjunct Faculty with the University of Dubuque and Glendale Community College. Her main responsibility is designing and developing professional development for adunct faculty. Prior to that, she was the Dean of Curriculum for Business at a nonprofit career college where she redeveloped an Associate in Business degree program in a Guided Pathways model. Her career in higher education started right out of high school and has spanned over 30 years, mostly in for-profit and non-profit institutions, in student and academic affairs. Patricia has also been an adjunct faculty member teaching in business and general education for over 20 years. Patricia has a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management and is A.B.D. for a Ph.D. in Education.
