Director
Athens, GA
I am the Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Georgia (UGA), where I lead institutional efforts associated with educational development, learning technologies, classroom and learning space support, instructional media services, and the scholarship of teaching and learning. Our Center's educational development work includes faculty and graduate student workshop series, longitudinal (one and two year) cohorted faculty fellows programs, course redesign institutes, graduate pedagogy courses, support for SoTL, support for the pursuit of teaching awards, and support for the use of instructional media and learning technologies. Prior to joining UGA in 2017, I was Director of Training and Education for the Landry Cancer Biology Consortium and Lecturer of Genetics at Harvard Medical School.
