Hi there! I'm an educational developer at the University of Georgia. I transitioned to my role here in January 2021 from Georgia Southern University. My current position focuses primarily on developing SoTL initiatives at UGA. I've been in educational development for 5 years and am currently working with a colleague, Dr. Claudia Cornejo Happel, on a long-term project entitled Critical Teaching Behaviors: A Faculty Guide to Defining, Documenting, and Discussing Good Teaching. I'd love to talk to you about SoTL initiatives you've developed or are developing on your campus.
