I'm in my first semester as director of the Center for Teaching Excellence at a small, liberal arts college.  I am tasked with developing programing and faculty development opportunities for early-, mid-, and late-career colleagues as well as onboarding new faculty members.  I want to develop a prioritized plan to create workshops, series, reading/interest/affinity groups that will help build community as well as support the pedagogical and scholarly development of our faculty and staff.
