I serve as the Associate Director for the Scholarship of Teaching & Learning within the office of Teaching & Learning Innovation (TLI) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I administer support services for faculty and graduate students with regard to SoTL, but also help run a variety of other resources and programs supporting faculty success, including work on the integration of research and teaching, and support for non-tenure-track faculty. I hold a PhD in English, and before joining TLI, I ran a writing center for the School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington.
